Pizza rolls

These  rolls are kind of a mini version of the "Tomato Roll". I realized that at parties it was a little difficult for the guests to cut the rolls and serve themselves. Also I did not want to cut up the  tomato roll in advance as it would have spoiled the presentation, so I came up with this shortcut method of the same recipe. The kids also loved it as they could see the cheese oozing out of the roll. The recipe is exactly the same as that of the tomato Roll with just a little  variation in  the method.

Ingredients :-
Exactly the same as that of Tomato Roll. You can have any  fillings according to your choice. Some suggested fillings are:-
mashed potatoes with cheese
crumbled paneer with cream and cheese
shredded chicken with mayonnaise and cheese
sauteed mushrooms with finely chopped onions and capsicum
sweet corn,capsicum and cheese
mincemeat with mashed potatoes and cheese

Method:-
Follow  steps 1 to 8 as in the Tomato Roll recipe.
After you have rolled the dough into a cylinder shape, take a knife and cut small  pieces 1"  apart.
Keep them on a greased and floured tray  some distance away from each other so that they do not touch each other when they rise.
Allow to rise for 20 more minutes.
Brush with beaten egg, oregano and nigella seeds.Sprinkle some grated cheese on them.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200C for 25-30 minutes.
Serve hot or cold.
