Grilled Chicken

Quick and simple to make, this dish is made the most frequently for dinner in my house. The best thing that I like about this recipe is that its totally oil–free. So, for all those health conscious people, this is a delightfully delicious option.Juicy and succulent, made once you will absolutely fall in love with it.The leftover chicken also makes great sandwiches.

I kg chicken, cleaned and cut into pieces
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp Maggi Tomato Hot and Sweet sauce
1 tbsp honey
Salt and pepper tp taste

In a big bowl, marinate the chicken with all the above given ingredients. Keep it aside for 3-4 hours.
Take a non-stick pan, and put the marinated chicken in it. Cook it on high heat for 5 minutes till all the juices are released from the chicken. Simmer the gas, and put a lid on the chicken. Turn it  2 or 3 times. Cook till the chicken is tender. Alternately, you can also barbeque the chicken  on a grill or bake it in the oven.(I think no recipe can get easier than this).
