I feel like I have just passed a difficult exam!! I have been eyeing this goal for such a long time and finally, finally I managed to reach my 100th post mark!! Believe me, it was no easy task but what a great learning experience!! I can't explain how elated I am feeling right now, its as if someone has just handed me a big award.
When I started my blog last year in August 2011, I just wanted a platform, where I could share my thoughts and passion with my friends and family. Back then, I wasn't even sure if anyone would even notice my blog, leave alone read my posts. It was something I started to vanquish the boredom of sitting at home and fill the vacuum after leaving my job. There have been so many moments, when I have thought of giving it all up, feeling that writing was just not my cup of tea. But now, I am so glad that I kept at it, as I have found a whole new definition of happiness in my life, being finally able to pursue something which I immensely enjoy doing.
I am fortunate to be a part of this wonderful blogging community and finding wonderful new friends along the way. It is truly great to be with people who can completely understand you and share your passion.
Also, most importantly, I am really thankful, as now I am able to spend quality time with my kids, a teenage daughter and a preteen boy, finding a little space for myself, sharing their small world which earlier I missed out on, due to my jobs busy schedule.
This journey has certainly been eventful for me. Though I still have a long way to go, I am looking forward to my journey ahead. I want to thank each one of you, who has visited my blog even once, all those who have taken time out to read my posts, inspiring me and encouraging me by leaving your valuable comments and feedback on my blog. They have made a valuable contribution in my able to reach this far.
Looking forward to my next 100 posts and lots of learning, discovering and making many more new friends on the way......
